Unique Process: Electric + Nitrogen
Onsite Heavy Duty Rust Control started like most rust control companies, utilizing basic pressure tank equipment and compressed air with an inconsistent spray pattern. Twelve years ago, we revolutionized our approach by designing a new spray system that is 100% electric. By converting and modifying airless sprayers, we can now apply our product at over 3000 psi and at a rate of over 2 liters per minute. This high pressure atomizes the product, significantly reducing overspray and resulting in a smooth, even finish. Additionally, we use nitrogen instead of compressed air during our cavity application process, ensuring that no moisture contamination occurs.
